End-Users
and Consultants
The modern representative/distributor
group must recognize that "end user" sales calls are the single most effective
avenue to bring products to the commercial food service market. Wilson Marketing
devotes a significant amount of time to calls directed towards this segment.
It is important to work end user leads through various dealers, thereby educating
and forming strong relationships. A secondary objective of Wilson marketing
is educating consultants and dealers through demonstrations and seminars.
Such methods were important to increasing Hussmann's market share. Leads are
generated from shows, dealer referrals, direct calls to end users, factory
inquiry by end users, and service agencies for replacement business.
Exceeding customer needs
and demands creates a high level of customer satisfaction and is a primary
objective of Wilson Marketing. This includes the satisfaction of the end user.
This is extremely important in maintaining a solid customer base so that energies
may be spent in targeting and acquiring new customers.
